Archie is an affectionate, playful 2.5 year old Australian cattle dog mix looking for a home with a comfy couch, a family to take him on adventures.
He has a great energy level where he loves running around as much as cuddling up on the couch.
Will make a great walking, hiking and/or adventure buddy.
Happiest around his people and dog pack, but still can be a little skittish with loud, unexpected noises.
Dog friendly boy who enjoys playing and running around with other dogs his size or larger.
He would be happy as an only dog getting all of your attention or with a dog buddy.
He and the dog in his foster home play, run and nap together everyday.
Archie has recently discovered the joys of playing with squeaky toys. He'll take a bunch out of the dog toy bin and entertain you with them and his silly zoomies.
He was not treated well the first part of his life, so it does take him a little bit to trust people.
He warmed up immediately to the women and kids in his foster home, but he is more apprehensive about men.
Once he’s figured out that a person is a friend, he is super affectionate.

Housetrained and crate trained.
Child friendly guy who adores his 12 year old human foster sister.

Meet TALLULAH
Stats: 6 months, currently 27lbs (approx 35/40 lbs when full grown)
Female Red Heeler
Unique feature- Smart, playful, lover of belly rubs

The name Tallulah can mean 'abundance, lady, leaping waters' depending on the language of origin.
This sweet, versatile girl embraces those qualities. She has an abundance of puppy energy with a 'ready for adventure' quality.
Can be a lady when she wants something with her smart manners and quiet demeanor.
Leaping waters may sound like a stretch but she is ready to leap into your heart as she is a pleaser that says to her people, 'I'm here and ready to pour everything into being with you'.
Tallulah is dog friendly, but doesn't require another dog in the household as long as her humans give her plenty of play and exercise.
She does enjoy playing with other dogs.
Crate trained and house trained when taken out in a timely manner.
Not an incessant barker, but will bark to get your attention and initiate play.
Takes treats gently.
Sleeps through the night.
With her young age she would do best with additional training and puppy classes to reinforce manners and bond with her owners.
This little lady is patiently waiting for her forever family and will continue to shower an abundance of puppy kisses on you as she leaps into your hearts with gratitude.
Only homes with a fenced yard where she won't be left alone for long hours will be considered.
Has not been cat tested, so we will not be adopting her to a home with cats.
Tallulah is spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, including rabies, heartworm negative and current on prevention.

*In addition to her adoption fee, this intelligent little girl can be brought to Colorado, Oregon or WA with an additional transport fee.

Dr. Pepper aka DOC
Adoption Pending!

Waiting in Texas to come to the PNW

Picture
Dr. Pepper (aka DOC) is a super friendly 2 year old Catahoula Mountain Cur mix who loves everyone
He's looking for an active home where he will be loved and included.
This 'eager to please', fun guy can be independent if he has a dog playmate, if not, he needs some humans to play with him.
Doc is an affectionate boy who loves to give kisses.
He would make a great hiking companion, as he loves to be active, but also is able to chill and relax when needed, after exercising.
Housetrained and knows how to use the doggie door.
Crate trained, but extended periods of time in his kennel males him sad.
Doc likes chasing squirrels, bugs, chew toys, FOOD and playing with friends.
Child friendly, but we are recommending over 6 years at this time because he doesn't always realize his size.
Rides well in the car.
Knows basic commands: 'sit, kennel' and would love to learn more.
Walks well on leash, with a little bit of correction. Has not been tested off leash.
Sleeps through the night in his crate.
Not a barker.
Beautiful eyes and gorgeous markings on his coat make him a real head turner.
Very adaptable boy, to all schedules and routines.

He does like to dig outside, but has not shown any destructive behaviors inside.
This boy has learned a lot since coming into his foster home and will thrive with an adopter that will continue to work with him on some training.
They will be rewarded with an amazing companion for life.
With a slow intro, he has been ok with a cat. The cat would need to be dog savvy and have a way to be kept separate if needed.
Will do best in a home where he is not alone for long hours.
Doc is 54 lbs. neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, including rabies, heartworm negative and current on prevention.

*In addition to his adoption fee, there is a transport fee to bring this boy to the PNW or Colorado.
